The Blutfahne would be nice indeed.

A fully named & attributed Victoria Cross medal group. Failing that, a named group to a KIA Light Brigade "charger."
As a headgear collector, a pristine 17th Lancers officer dress czapka, complete with plume.

    Easy!

For me it is my great great grandfathers medal from The First Schleswig War (1848-51).
It is the one item I can never let go - it was earned, and well deserved. He even had to apply for it himself!

If we are doing medals, then Tasker Watkins VC group, or one from Rorkes Drift perhaps.

The list is endless to be honest and changes by the week, though Taskers VC would really be hard to beat at any time.

    Whatever its just an opinion.

Based upon your choice, I looked up Tasker Watkins, as I had not been familiar with him.
Methinks a Rorke's Drift VC may crash the one million pounds barrier if sold today. I should probably try to find what the last one sold for, if even offered for public sale.

I've got most all of those and then some. What I want is an FG 42/II.

I would be a very happy man to drag a nice Luftwaffe flight 4 X 4 standard out of the woodowrk...

Tough question! The Tiger 1 at Bovington would be difficult to pass up, and equally difficult to park on my driveway.

More realistically, a complete set of TR armshields including a Cholm would be high on the list.
