Classic Ned.
Always remember though our American cousins, if I could translate:
"I'd be all over her like a prostitute on a packet of crisps."
I learned the hard way, when I was in deep East Texas I told a dinner party I was "popping out to smoke a fag."
Been there so much, I think I think like a Yank.
Great humour Ned, keep it up.
And yes, bless her soul.
Best Regards,
Andy

We shall stick it out to the end, but we are getting weaker of course, and the end cannot be far.

Christopher Plumber character: "I used to shoot all over the place and never hit a sausage........."
( Or something to this effect ! - it is close to an actual wartime saying. )

I always wondered why they didnt include a few famous British airmen in the screenplay, after all, they portrayed Goering, and a characterisation of Galland, Kesselring and a few others, no mention of Bader, Stanford-Tuck etc
