Whats your Job?

Article about: Hi Jerry, as Neolithic remains is my other big interest I had this site bookmarked. (When ever I travel around the UK I always check what is in the area I will be going to) You might know it

    My very first job was working the dairy and frozen foods department at a grocery store.
    I think it was 1971 and the wage back then was $1.65 an hour.

    Wow times have really changed...while this isn't my first job I started as a janitor a year ago and got $8.00 an hour.

    As I posted earlier, I am an Archaeologist and the site I am currently excavating, St Lythans chambered long Cairn in the Vale of Glamorgan.

    Neolithic, so circa 4000BC, but that is one of the questions we are trying to answer during the excavations, as this was only dug by an Antiquarian before the advent of modern archaeological techniques. I found a chip from a polished flint axe today, which would be from the Neolithic, and we have found approximately 20 other worked flints, mostly reused flakes and a few snapped bladelets.
