i just went a pick up this duffel bag name to a canadian soldier who landed in sicily . i am very happy and at the same time i saw more stuff from the same owner and will try to secure the other item belonging to that soldier
there is some stain on the top and on the back do not know if it;s blood or rust .

also got hj triangle from nord nordmack
a repo class 1 snipers badge funny no one had the real macoy there lol
and the relic condition war merrit was some thing i got previos but havent showd it yet hope you all like the bits cant wait till next show cheers every one

And you gotta love the relic medals, I have a war merit cross which resembles yours, its chewed up on the corners and scuffed all over but thats just more history to it!
Cheers lonny, yes with bits like that in relic condition it really sets them apart, the War Merit Cross was found in the Ardennes, just makes you wonder how it was lost, I just wish i new were the hj knife was found .
These just came in the post today. First one is a post 1938 pattern NPEA Oberkameradeschaftsfuhrer sew on style. Second photo is a pair of 1934 pattern sew on style for Bann Lippe in Detmold. Interesting set, they appear to be tan straps that were dyed black on the top, probably to conform to the new regulations regarding HJ straps in 1938. Missing one litzen but I still like the set.
