I don't know if you guys have this brand in your area but "TÉ BHEAG" is an amazing blend and is really cheap!!! It rivales in my opinion some more know single malts!

Sadly your whiskey would be safe from me. I got VERY drunk on bottle of it when I was 15. I cannot stand it now. I cured me for life!

Thats exactly how it was for me only with disgusting rum.....until I recently taasted a quality rum and changed my mind many years after my unfortunate experience with the stuff.

So whats your poison then - vodka?

I tried Laphroaig for the first time a few weeks ago. It was my first liquor of any kind. I felt like it killed all of the bacteria in my mouth...

Must be something that happens if your name is Adrian.

I had the same thing, got absolutely wasted on it (well, two glasses actually.....) when I was sixteen. Spent the next 24 hours hovering between life and death and haven't touched it since. Even the smell makes me urge and I have to leave the room and get fresh air.

A good G&T made with Bombay Sapphire - now that's a different matter.............
