Would be great to see a picture of it! This is long since sold. I will own a 1973 model at some point in the future again. That is my choice US model year....the one pictures as I'm sure you are aware is a '74....European models I believe look more like the kubelwagens IMO.

Kick start is a must, but it of course has to have exposed valves as well

Never mind the wires and missing bits; photo was taken during the build. Everything was taken apart down to the last bolt and screw.
