    Bob,
    Great pictures. I can't even remember the last time I saw one of those max wedge style
    intake manifolds. Brings back a lot of memories.

    I have not raced sense the mid 80s but I still work in the racing industry.

    Yea I'm an old mopar Man Love your cars, I have had a 67 Satellite, 67 Doge R/t I have a 65 Belvedere conv and My 58 Belvedere right now. I'm like a Turtle with a hard shell Mopar Man LOL

    My Second home is at Firebird Raceway in Idaho, I have raced there every since I got out of the Army in 1969

    Nice cars... I do not know so much about cars... I'm not a motor guy

    But my dad is a motor guy and here is me and him when I was a kid...around 1987 maybe.

    Best to all, and for the USA members, Happy Thanksgiving! Here is a family 'relic' I've had since the 1980's. My Great Aunt Doris' 'Valentines Day' gift in 1967. VW is a 1965 Karmann convertible. I drove it a lot, then got busy with college, working etc. and the car sat in the garage at my parents for years under a cover. Some years back I restored the carpet and seats. Main plus here, the convertible top is the original , always stored in a garage. Hope you all like it, and getting it running soon is a new priority
