I went to Jordan back in July to visit some family. I can't remember if I posted any photos of it. Anyway, here's a few!

No Nick it is the Teifi pools, which is nearer mid Wales, a bit to the south of Devils bridge. Here are some of my wife in the Beacons I posted in the hobbies thread recently. I love the beacons and the wife and I go walking there as often as we can, though recently we have been discovering new walks nearer to our new home in west Wales.

The old man sitting to my left is my grandfather. I hadn't seen him in 11 years! He spent his career as a logistics officer in the Jordanian army. The vehicle is a restored (I think?) Rolls-Royce armored car from the Arab Revolt of 1917. My great-grandfather fought in the Battle of Aqaba. Perhaps he saw a few of these?

Jerry, that's one of the nicest landscapes I have ever seen!

On a nice day it is stunning and even when it has snowed it is just breathtakingly beautiful, but on a wet day it still is beautiful, but it can get very grim up there.
