Attachment 418609OK this is me, real name Paul Hampton and i live in Warrington Cheshire (WHAT A DUMP!). Photo taken at Brauhaus in Spandau sept 2011 after visiting the Luftwaffe museum a 10 minute bus ride from Spandau, a great museum and free entrance.

I think I would present too large of a target!

you burn as many calories as boxing.

but i think as sports go, golf is the only other you can pursue into advanced age like you can this one. so it's a great sport to learn because for the investment, you get lifelong returns.

that's because the better you get, the more you understand that when you thought you had to win with the body, all along you were really winning with the mind.

there is a man i fence, he must be 80 years old, who beats me every time and easily. i come running at him full bore from metres away. he just stands there. when i arrive, i am hit. and he hasn't moved at all. he's an old olympic medalist. the thing is, he's been around so long now, guys like me he's seen a million times. he knows exactly what i'm going to do before i think of it to do it.

it's really not a problem presenting a larger target, Ralph. just develop an awesome defense and when the guy comes at you, think of skewering shrimp.
