Otto Skorzeny for me! I think he must have been fun compagny to have a drink with.
I must have been 12 or 13 when I met him personaly, to young to have a beer with or even a good conversation.A pitty!!

I´d love to have a chat with Eva Braun and ask her what she saw in Hitler. Oh, and maybe steal her lingerie....

I think the greatest experience would be to have the chance to talk to the original owners of every piece in my collection, as well as the vets who brought them back..

    Insert Di**tator joke here...

Anyway, do allow me to remark that we already have a thread with the same topic:

Who from WW2 would you like to have a beer with?

    Shouldn't we continue there?
I agree with you, sir. Eva must have been taken by his enormous dictatorship. No doubt about it!

Both this and it's twin are completely pointless threads anyway. I did have the opportunity to drink vodka and speak with a German Army Stalingrad veteran (and son of a General at Stalingrad) once, and also got absolutely plastered drunk on rum with a Hungarian SS vet. Both were interesting enough for me, so I guess I will say both of those individuals, as a real answer to the question.

Nothing that complicated for me. I'd like a beer with my Grandad. Stewy

Andreas is correct. I have merged these two threads into one.

    Cheers, Ade.

Oberstleutnant Theodor von Hippel to hear about the Brandenburger operations.

Otto Skorzeny to find out why he just couldn't give up 'special operations' after the war ended, if he really did pinch Mussolini's gold and whether he really did have a fling with Eva Peron.

Eva Braun to find out if the stuff that 'Snyders Treasures' is selling is really hers.
