'The Green Berets' with John 'We Won' Wayne-many fine films under his belt but that wasn't one of them.
I kind of liked "The Green Beret". Now it's kind of fun to go back and see all the bloopers.
Like when JW jumps out of plane without connecting his static line. Plus I never realized
that the jungles of South Vietnam had so many pine trees.

Another ww2 movie. I remember seeing this one as part of a triple feature
at the local drive-in back in the 70's.

D-Day Sixth of June .. with Richard Todd, and Tora Tora Tora ...
Both dragged out painfully, ... with possibly the last 10 minutes in both worth half a glance ..

Would have to strongly disagree about 'Tora Tora Tora'-doesn't drag for a long, meticulous recreation-but that does remind me of that turd of a film 'Pearl Harbour'...
