I have just watched it on the RTE news. I bet there is 100's more in rivers all over europe.

It's a 4000lb 'Cookie' and Bomber Command dropped around 83,000 of them. Last weeks' one was an MC which accounts for its survival ; an HC one with their thin casing would had rusted through by now.

Theres plenty left in the Thames just waiting to be found, When i was a kid we found some grenades on the bank
in the mud. loads of stuff thrown in there, my dad threw a luger in off Chiswick bridge, detector time next time i go home i think,lol.
