Default Cleaning and restoring OLD LEATHER RIFLE SLINGS - please HELP!

    Hello,
One week ago I purchased 20 old leather rifle slings / belts. They are in good condition but I would like to clean and restore them.
They are quite dirty and smelly and they have lost the color (almost all are black now).
    They are still very flexible.
I need a good advice about cleaning and restoring them.
I went through many websites to find a good solution but I'm just lost in what I've found.
Should I go with saddle soap, neatsfoot oil, mink oil, renaissance wax, pecard or obenauf's products?
    PLEASE HELP!!!

Here is a link to the photos of the slings:

I'm looking forward for your answer.
    Best regards,
    Miłosz

Pecard is as good as anything. The colour of the leather seems fine to me. Bear in mind you don't want something old to look new. Just treat them with some form of leather dressing.

Hi.. Ideally may want to feed the leather with a good brand name product. same method as when cleaning or reviving leather car seats on older cars.
Dubbin is another leather softening product,, great on new leather shoes

Believe it or not, E45 the skin moisturizer soaks into dry leather and softens it well.
