Electrolysis

Article about: I think you should only use iron in the solution. I don't know for sure but it might make some toxic gasses, or react with the item you are cleaning. Again, i don't know for sure what happen

    Hey,

    Now i have finish my experiment and results are here.
    Both my experiment I tried to clean rusty iron tube about 15 min.First one is Chris method whit copper.Second one is old way with steel.


    1 Experiment I tried whit copper.
    Results can see 1-3 pictures.

    2 Experiment I tried steel ring.
    Results can see pictures 4-6.

    Las picture you can see both cleaning results together.Left is copper right is steel.

    Personally, I think that cleaning with steel can be a faster and better performance than cleaning with copper.
    I hope that all of you understand my test

    A picture is missing, the no 6.
    Janar for the experiment with copper did you replace all iron bars in the bucket with copper pipes?

    I did test in smaller container.I put 8 cm copper tubes exactly like the iron bars in bucket.

    Hi... I used to use clean heavily rusted bit using electrolysis, Try adding a little soap powder to the mix only need about an egg cup full or so.
