Classifieds error 11

Hi, i have been having problems in listing items.
It keeps showing an error related with resizing original photos, error 11.
Can it be fixed?

Resize the pictures to the smaller size, it must be around 350 kb for a best resolution. If you load a huge sized pictures, it loads the server and makes a huge traffic. If this still happens, please let me know
