I didn't read anything about dislikes being introduced, Where?
Click on the arrow next to the "Post Thanks/Like" that is just below your post count.

I think that the dislikes would just lead to asking "Why don't you like it" questions. When we all like to know why someone doesn't think that a item is good or Bad. That would be just as bad as someone just saying FAKE and not explaining why they said it.
Once again just my 2 centavos on this subject

Dislikes will just open a can of worms. Not good in my opinion.

Ahh cheers Phil! Oww I don't like that either I have to say. I agree with Ned that will only serve to cause conflict between members. There is no reason at all to introduce a negative feedback system. Like my mother says... If you don't have anything nice to say, Don't say anything at all! lol Cheers, Sean.

I had typed that out and then deleted it before posting but I agree 100% with that statement . So please consider that one "LIKED"

I will second the above. Doubly so regarding the lovely blonde.

She is just a chick from the Internet. Not mine. I am to old for such a young "flower".

And the new system looks good, but dislikes?. Is it already active?
Dislikes I do not see this as an upgrade. If someone has "his knife in me" (or anyone else),
he can press down a discussion for worse. Quarrels of long standing will be settled.
I think it is not wise at all to include this. As Brett and seandm (who has a wise mother) say
it indeed will open a can of worms.......Not good!!

Do we need " likes" system?

I have a feeling that the 'Dislikes' Given/Received buttons are going to be the cause of many arguments at some stage and are open to abuse, especially when some members are "PWP" or "Posting Whilst Pi$$ed" or other times when reason is clouded or temporarily suspended, or we get some troll who joins just to go beserk on them; it will happen!

The rest is fine, but is that really necessary? It's nice to have the "Likes" back, but common sense says that adding these unneccesary extras will be nothing but trouble, my advice would be to bin them now while setting up the programme.

    Regards, Ned.

The Like system..should be used in support mainly of the artifact..or the information posted. Any other use opposite of what it is intended for ie: pettiness drama.. dissention..envy..strife etc... GO SOME PLACE ELSE !! The correct use of the "Like" system is for people who can get past themselves.and be open minded of the topic or artifact. Disagreements are a part of growth..and learning as long as it remains constructive.
The only people mad at you for speaking the truth are those living a lie...if you cant take a punch...then you dont belong here. This is not a soap opera..and the WRF is exactly what other sites are not. The Like system should be used as a tool..of support only.
