How to delets categories of no interest

Anyone know I can refine my forum home page to delete categories I have no interest in so things are more neater & organized on my home page ?

Hello Doug,
On the top right of any page slick on "Settings".
On the left of the new page you will see "General Settings", click this.
Near the bottom of the page you should see "Exclude forums from "What's New"
You can then select which parts of the forum you have no interest in.
