Not getting emails informing of new posts on subscribed threads

As per anti spam requirements- I've setup a weekly notifications. You need to go to the settings and turn the notifications per your wish- weekly dayly or instant. Due a lot of newly registered or even old members did not realize about notificiations and sent the forum mails to spam box or even notificate the providers as a spam- we have been banned as spammers in .aol

We can use the outside of forum smtp server, but huge amount of sent mails will cost around of 500 usd monthly. In this case we need in around of 700 club members. Currently is about 350, which is including advertising covered our needs
