Rep comments - how to leave one?

OK, Ima dummy - I cant find where to leave a rep comment for another member. I have had notifications when I have been given one but then when I try to find them again, I cant.......???????????

Hi Dan, Just above the green reply to thread bar is a little star shaped icon which is dark and quite hard to see, click on that.
