Original early post war Russian Navy officer tunic with shoulder boards!?

Article about: Hi everyone I was told this tonic was from a Russian navy captain of the coastal service (artillery or anti-aircraft) and it is the same style as one from WWII era. However there is no maker

    Are you sure Dim, that those are RF made for use by their modern forces? The quality is so poor...

    For example, notice the difference compared to these RF boards:

    Thanks again for your info and valuable pictures. Here are the boards I have in hand. They all post war made. Not sure if I can choose one of them to put on this tunic. Please advise thanks.

    I think I have to try to get another boards set then.
    How about these buttons? They seems from 40'tp 50'. Are they applicable to this tonic? thanks.

    What size are they? - in MM.

    Hello,

    I take the opportunity of the threat to ask a question about the bellow shoulder board, just wondering if they are Naval Costal colonel that could fit on such uniform or if this are more M46 for service colonel. Or both.
