did they make different shell sizes for POLISH M50 helmets? or just different liner sizes?

Article about: I read that the Polish M50 helmets have a WWII Italian M33 style liner system? if this is true, does this mean they only used one shell size and had different liner sizes installed? I notice

    Im looking for the largest size available
