well no you wont what you'll have is a post war reissued US M-1 helmet & if you actually listened & took the advice that's been given you you might have had an original complete WW2 M-1 but you didnt so you have what you have & yet again the advice people have gone out of their way to give you has been wasted

Well as long as its ww2 and will fit in my schlueter m1 helmet, I will have my first real complete ww2 helmet !!!

No, what you will have is an M-1 helmet that was produced late in the war. There is a chance this pieced together helmet saw some service in a later war but odds are slim to none any piece of this helmet you have put together saw more than a warehouse during WWII.
