French quarter, yes I like that good one James
Hello,
Arriving a little late on the NET discussion. I just fount 2 camouflaged one today at a fair.
These are 2 frenh TAP net.
The drawing is the same. It differs from the English drawing by the green holes withing the Brown drawing
On is a little longer than the other one .
The construction is therfore a little different.
The selers told me one is 1960th and the other 1970th
That said I have no evidence on this and will need to dig out a little but there is very little documentation on this unfortunatly.
Usualy you can make two Helmet Net with one on these. Therefore these nets are no so easy to find neither so...
All the best
Bruno
great find bruno and interesting to note the differences
Regards James
Hi Bruno, excellent finds and very interesting to see the detail of the patterning too, I look forward to reading more information that you may find out as and when you get the time.
Thanks for sharing,regards Opex
