Genuine WW1 French adrian?

Article about: I bought this a while ago, not for too much, But I am doubting it's authenticity myself - though I am unsure as I don't know too much on the Adrian helmet design. Could this perhaps be an Ad

It's looking more like this version of the Japy ink stamp as I played around with the colours and contrast on your picture you supplied if you look to the left on your picture I have edited you can see faint traces of the ink stamp and also some above what is most likely to be the number 9. Love a bit of detective work

it looks 100% original to me, the brush marks are normal on repaints

A regular Sherlock Redstalker It's very neat to know that it is a genuine mle15 Adrian! I'm still on the fence on whether I want to give the liner a little clean. Thanks for all the help with the stamp!

Most of the chinstrap's I've seen for mle15's seem to be - better to have one than not!

    Hello

Very nice early japy production with early liner, as already mentioned, but also early bright color below the "field" repaint
This one have seen most of the war!

It seems that way! Interesting to think that it made it through the war - hopefully the fellow who wore it lived to see the end too
