Czech air warden helmet ? The colour and the look of the leather are typical for Czech equipment.
It's a Swedish M26 shell - you can see the stamp listed under the M37 here World War Helmets - Reference de casques de 1915 a nos jours..
As for the liner an rivets, I've not seen anything like that before, and don not believe they are original the helmet.
