Italian m33 helmet code m68

ive read feature on m33 helmets adrian pointed out but there was no mention of a M code such as M68 stamped on steel rim,anyone have an answer ?

i have a post war m33 stamped with ther m prefix apart from that i dont know any more sorry

Same problem here... my M33 helmet has M 39 stamped on the rim. Hope someone can tell us what these markings mean.
