Liner? Helmet?

Article about: Hi guys, Found this thing in a store in Korea; don't have a clue what it could be. It looks like a liner, but for what helmet?! IMHO it's a bit thin for a protective headgear, but then again

    Hi guys,

    Found this thing in a store in Korea; don't have a clue what it could be. It looks like a liner, but for what helmet?!

    IMHO it's a bit thin for a protective headgear, but then again who am I to judge...

    Does anybody have an idea?
