this is my last helmet add to my collection an ww2 romanian helmet. the liner and the paint under the liner is ww2 time era . the rest of the paint is post war . regards adrian

Nice M39!

When did the Romanians start using the Soviet M40's and was there a time when both were in use simultaneously?

Was the M39 used togther with the M73?

I think in 1960 not sure. the russian m40 and m39 romanian was used together. yes in 2001 the firemans stil used the m39 but not in good condition as this.( I sow fireman troops in military shooting with m39 in 2001)
