Some Danish M23 helmets.

Hi everyone!

Been collecting military equipment for some years now. especially Danish / Scandinavian equipment and British / Commonwealth equipment...

Something truely unique to the Danish army have to be the M23 helmet. The somewhat medieval design is something I will never get tired of

My four different M23's. The one with the decal is an army issued helmet, and the all black helmet is a CB issued helmet, later used by the resistance on Bornholm. The one with the green stripe still puzzles me! , but bought it because I liked it and it was cheap But still, I want to know what it is supposed to indicate?
The last one is a M23 fire-fighter helmet.

unusual design ,but very nice helmets the liner style remind's me of the german helmets

It is indeed an unusual design, but more efficient than the British design of the period
