Spain Helmet WW2 used by Firedepartment

here is my new spain Helmet
Its Grey painted with Raw texture
is this normal?
The liner and strap is missing
It have the shape of an M42 of the WH
I have no idea from which decade the helmet is
Im thankful for all ideas and informations
