many thanks russ ,in my opinion the design is not dissimilar to the bugarian m1936 apart from the much deeper skirt of course and here she is in her final resting place

Very nice James, I own only one Spanish lid, and that's a Para M1,but I really like the Stahlhelm shape of these one's Mate,one for my own wishlist..cool!!

that is a nice collection
i have modelo z 42 and italian m33 used by franco forces along with french export m26 sold to republicans.
