SWISS HELMET ,just arived

Article about: a swiss helmet for you all to see ive no idea what model it is ,,it was £20 of ebay there are no marks or stamps on it that i can find ,and its in great condition itl look great when i final

    How can you say that they are ugly?!? I think they look great, good Swiss quality as well. Bargain price too

    yes, they are very rare helmets, they were made by the Ford Motor Company in 1918

    I would like to have one in my collection

    I agree, these are good helmets, and they all seem to be well used but in good condition. If the Swiss were anything more than observers in WWII they would be very collectable, and you get a lot of helmet for your money, I drastically reduced my collection about 5 years ago, but still kept one these.

    Quite a nice example, and a good price too Ian.
    They might not be the prettiest of helmets, but are far from the ugliest
    Not to mention a good quality helmet.

    My feelings on this Swiss helmet are pretty neutral....
    'I do not think we can hope for any better thing now.
    We shall stick it out to the end, but we are getting weaker of course, and the end cannot be far.

    Very nice example, I have one of these in my collection with the post 43' anti-glare finish,they are fantastic quality helmets,but I would say they are an usual shape!!!

    These were exported to Argentina too, and would feature an Argentinian roundel on the side.
