Unknown polish or russian helmet

Hi guys
yesterday the weather was very good and I went to the local fleemarket
I found many good helmets ,but this one was very special, because I dont know from which army or nation in which decade it was used
The seller said me it was from the polish army for the cavallery used in WW2, but im not shure
Is it true or fake
inside the dome it was stamped with

This is a post war Polish Wz50 OC (Obrona Cywilna) for Civil Defense use.

It is a variant of the Wz50 that was issued, without the comb, to the Polish army, and many others, i.e. Egypt.

You understand this wrong, I know which helmet this is, but im not shure about my opinion and want other opinions to my founds
