Came across this on e-bay. Wondering what country. Odd looking bales I never encountered. Not US, British or Canadian from my brief knowledge. It appears to have a stainless steel rim which makes me guess WW2.

Bit hard to see from the small photos but looks like a ww2 shell
Can't tell anything from the pictures.
Found out it's South Africa.
