Re: 63rd Guards Rifles in Sweden
As I heard in Sweden is impossible to make re-enactment due of forbidden deactivated weapons?
This year I want to go to Beltring, and if I go with my uniforms, can I take a part in reenactment?
Only the problem that I will go without my gun

Hi Dimas, at Beltring there are lots of stalls and we do a small display but there is no battle re-enactment. I would recommend you come to "Military Odyssey"
Military Odyssey - Home page
This is the biggest and best LH event for RKKA re-enactment in the UK. You would be very welcome to display with 2nd Guards Rifle Div. We have comrades coming over from Russia and there is a mock battle each day.
Hi Ben, I think Sue sent us the pics of you with the B17. Duxford is great!
Cheers, Ade.

Re: 63rd Guards Rifles in Sweden
Dimas, in Sweden, you just have to a permit to own deactivated guns, but we use guns converted to blank-firers or live weapons with blank firing devices on (which also have to have permits for, of course).
Next week we will have a big event in southern Sweden including our group, a german group caller 2nd Panzers and some 25 "real" russians from Kaliningrad (who visited us last summer too).
