Thanks for the kind words, gentlemen! Newville was AMAZING and I am definitely hooked on WWI now. They hold the event twice a year in November and April. I will be there for sure in April!
Speaking of WWI... 30 of us participated in the New York City Veteran's Day Parade in full doughboy kits, rifles and all! Photos will be posted shortly.
Here are photos from the New York City Veteran's Day Parade! 30 of us took trains or drove in from the surrounding area and met at Grand Central Station in full kit (including rifles). We then headed over to 5th Avenue for the largest Veteran's Day parade in the US! It was an honor to march for our veterans... doing so in NY made the experience even more amazing!
