Is The History Bunker any good?

I've been watching them for a year or so, some of their products look pretty high quality... others not so much.
I like Schuster.ru the best for Soviet uniforms but unfortunately they don't sell a telogreika...
The History Bunker does though, I've been comparing it to other reenactors and it looks pretty good. It's also... affordable.

Any opinions? Anyone bought anything from them?

Schuster sells Telogs.....

M1932 padded jacket is the description.

Edit: I'm on his page and the sizes are a little vague to me.. Might I ask which size might
correspond with a US 42 chest?

You will need a Size 5 minimum. A 6 would be better, but they are hard to find.
