Were not the estonians supplied with alot of WW1 surplus equipment by the allies - britain in particular ?. I do recall seeing pics of estonians with Patt'14 rifles w/bayonets and some other commonwealth equipment .

Yes. British pattern M1902 uniform was the main tunic that Estonians wore (IMO). Plus other equipment. As far as I recall about the weapons, Lee Enfield were mostly supplied and used by the Russian White Army. But Lewis machine gun was widely used by Estonians.

Also an US uniforms like boots and overcoats, tunics is not widely used but exists. British headgear and tunics, canteens, belts. German and austrian M 16, British MK 1, Russian M15 Adrians and Russian M 17 Sohlberg helmets.
