Nothing with militaria, its an award from Thessaloniki International Trade Fair.

I agree. It's not military related but even if it was it wouldn't be related with the Axis militaria forum
It has Saint Demetrios in the middle and around it says: International Exhibition of Thessaloniki.
Underneath it says: Grand Prize.
Behind is the maker, and his address.
