I have been offered this dagger for $300 but I do not recognize it. Who can ID for me please?

What ever it is it is not TR. I also agree that it does look very modern made and hope you find the correct answer.

Are there any maker marks? Can you get better pics?

Article about: I looked up some on the net and they seem a bit different. Same proppelar style crossgaurd but the scabbard is different. There seem to be several variations out there and look to be German
