    Hello,
    This item is nothing to do with t.r ,
    I think it's a biker accessory of some kind.
    Soldiers and civilians (not from the reich) would be awarded a normal iron cross.

    The overall design though is not unlike the unofficial awards made by cossack units serving with the wehrmacht 1942-43

    No, its a modern copy of a pre 1939 Polish military badge, era Polish-Bolshevik war 1919-1921

    update:

    Badge of Dywizjon Jazdy Ochotniczej (Dywizjon Huzarów Śmierci) – formed July 23, 1920 in Bialystok.
