Sorry about the first link , i don't know what happened there but have a look at this one , notably the cross on your badge and the one on the crest of the Kolchack government, i would say it is relevent .

The white cross is The Order of St. George so would make sense to me to have White Russian symbology on an ROA badge.



The wreath design on the badge looks like an ear of corn on the left half and leaves of maybe an oak tree or other leaf plant on the right? What ever these might symbolise?

Its a mace. The sign of rulers. I do not remember the name of the other artifact.

I was thinking more about the stylised leaf design on the left and right of the badge.

The left side looks like stylised laurel leaves (I did think first of a wheat sheaf) and the right side could be a stylised oak leaf branch or tree leaves of some type?

I have attached close-ups of each side so the stylised leaf design is more clear and hopefully someone will have a further flash of inspiration to come up with an answer as to what these elements represent/symbolise in relation to Imperial Russia symbology and the ROA?
