I think these are all WW2? In the WW1 the Bulgarian army used German stick grenades.

The difference between the ww1 & the ww2 is the stick, the ww1 stick is slightiy slimmer too the ww2 stick that is thicker and shorter and they have dates of 1917 1918 1938 45

Probably the handles are WW1, re-used after the war. Because this grenade /Bulgarian construction attack grenade/ was developed in 1923-24, with highest production in the 1930s/WW2.
