The button you show is a old royal Bulgarian military button.

the helmet is a german luftschutz gladiator. maybe a m39. but has been repainted used by bulgaria. and the decal on the side is bulgarian. if that helps.

The coat is Bulgarian from the WW2, I think soldier's. The Chema gasmasks were used by the Civil Defense /PVHZ/, same for the helmet. The belt is not German, but Bulgarian. Officer's belt, the model dates back from before WW2, but this one is postwar produced. Although a prewar model, that type of belt was a part of the socialist army uniform, too and was produced in large quantities. The stamp is quality control I think, probably from the leather factory.
