Hello,
This appears on a back of a German passport issued to a Jewish woman, consular issue from Cernauti (Czernowitz)...back page has a notary notice which is unclear:
"se vizează de noi pentru eliberare"...any ideas what this and the stamp could mean?

The stamp appears to belong to Alfred Calmutchi, a notary from Cernauti in Bucovina (where a large community of both jews and germans lived). The stamp is applied because a legalized copy of the document was made, bearing the seal of this notary
