Excellent images of a fine museum, and nicely presented too. Allow me to augment, with additional photographs...

Note the defaced street sign. The Germans brought in the dual language signs early on during the occupation, but throughout the duration of their stay, they faced sporadic acts of rebellion such as the attempted removal of the German name of the street. This piece however, for "Dresden Street", was more likely altered after the Germans withdrew. Near the famous castle complex, at Hradčany, a street sign is still present bearing both the Czech and German name.

    Carl
