Just curious to know if anyone has seen this movie about Himmler's private side.
If so what's your opinion about it?

not seen it,but lets face it there are 2 sides to everyone.
It's on Youtube...
Thanks Glenn.
Didn't remember to search for it on youtube. I'll take a look
Finally got some time and watched the documentary. I recommend it. Interesting to see how back in 1919 Himmler's ideas about the jewish question, "lebensraum" and procriation were already formed. It's also curious to see the relation between him and his daughter and his daughter and him through the letters, documents and photos that director Vanessa Lapa had access to. I have to agree with others about the use of sound effects for the archival footage - not a good idea, but effective, though
Here's an interview with the director:

I saw it not too long ago, it's pretty good... the diary angle gives some good general insight. It's on NetFlix too btw. And, even though I was wondering myself at first when reading the title, the "decent" part is not an outside commentary on whatever "other" side there may have been to Himmler, it's rather a play on a pretty disturbing statement made by the man himself:
"We will never be hard-hearted when it isn't necessary. That's for sure. We Germans, the only people with a decent attitude towards animals, will also adopt a decent attitude toward those human animals."
I agree general its decent
there is another movie on Netflix called The Goebbels Experiment (2005) - IMDb
Its very insightful. Had anyone red this dudes diary, correspondence.
I don't think the fact that a life long partial cripple with major issues would have lasted. or they ignored it as he was the mouthpeace and loyal.
that's a simplified view of course but its a pretty good movie
