That's St. Nicholas Church [Sint-Niklaaskerk] in Messines [Mesen] in Belgium. Hitler's unit was billeted in this town from November 1914 to March 1915. Messines was also where he was awarded his EKII on 2 December 1914. (He was back in this area in July 1917 and again in August to September 1918.)
During WW2, he paid Messines a brief visit on 1 June 1940.
