This dagger along side a period Boker would fit well in the " Then and Now " Thread
Larry
We had a magazine called "Then and now" comparing WW2 sites with the actual situation.
I once checked out a battle report of a German tank assault on a crossroad where US troops stood their ground.
They were able to stop the tank with a bazooka.
We tracked down that crossroad and were able to find that bazooka tail and a tank track pad..... that was a great day in the Ardennes (battle of the Bulge)

I'm with the 'Meh' side. Indeed - what do you do with it ?
IMO, the price is far too steep for a 'homage' piece.
Why not save up for a few more weeks and
buy a genuine SS dagger.........?

I'm thinking about buying this one:

Black grip would be great... but at list this one has a familiar scabbard... I don't like the "comanche" one of the damascus shown in this thread...
Greetings,
Marc

An SA dagger would be a better investment for around the same
cost - and a genuine piece of history.........

It all depends where your interests lie.
I have many knives that although they are not historical, they have value.
And, I do not use them either.
