    You got to love these early RAD Hewers with the full stage horn grip - only maker that I know of was Eickhorn and for a very short period after that all RAD Hewers had the grip only in stage and the top point/nose in metal, had to save that stage horn.

    nice rare dagger that Horst, wish i had it i think the very early hanger's for that were all leather with a buckle, thanks for showing,

    Ronnie -- Thanks for your reply and your right with the hanger - Heres my all stage RAD with the all leather early hanger which I picked up after I took the original picture years ago.

    The early hangers are harder to find and when you do they are not in the best condition thats why it took me sometime to find one that I wanted -

    Havent heard that they break easy but they did stop making them as it took up to much Stag material not to mention the time to make them.

    Sweet! Not sure if I will ever track down one of these bad boys for my collection. It would look great with my RAD photo album and porcelain! Nice one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello A hard dagger to find. Very nice. Here is another example of the early hanger. These didn't last long. The weight on the hewer would wear through the leather in a short time.
